To the best of my knowledge, yuzu has excellent amiibo support. If you're trying to read one that can be used to save data to, you need to have the key_retail.bin file in your keys file that allows yuzu to get through the encryption. Other than that, it should be able to read them fine without it. Hell, I think they even have real amiibo ...
