I have to go under the hood and pump up my diesel fuel system - located on the passenger side of the engine. After 6-10 pumps its firm and she fires right up.No communication with TCM. Hey John, FYI I found out the injectors NEED minimum 1500 PSI of rail pressure to open, at least the LML with piezo injectors do, and I'd bet the older ones do too.
